We'll not only create great architecture and beautiful design, we'll be with you every step of the way. We have several types of agreements depending on your requests:

- Architectural design drawings only including (site plan drawing, plans drawings, elevations and sections drawings and perspective images.
- Professional working drawing set completely including (Architectural design drawings, surveying drawings and documents, structure design drawings, electrical system drawings, mechanical and sanitary system drawings.
- Working drawing set with supervising which we'll be with you every steps of the project.
- Urban design, planning, landscaping, land surveying.

| PAYMENT POLICY |
| Our design costs: |
- Working drawing set cost ($ 3/m2 of build up area) or negotiated.
- Project Supervising (6% of the project cost) or negotiated.
|
|
| Our System for payment: |
- Client must pay (25%) of the design total cost as first payment at the agreement sign time.
- The second payment (50%) must be paid when we reach final design proposal.
- The last payment (25%) must be paid when the working drawing set completed.
